SHERO FEST at Aves
Let us celebrate the Mother Divine, diving deeper in this workshop series. The workshops will run Wednesday through Saturday of next week at Aves Hotel 3pm-6pm.
Each of these particular events will have its own theme exploring Goddess worship in general while attempting to maintain a sense of traditional Navaratri observances (for instance, which aspect of Durga is being revered that day and why).
All workshops will include:
- ritual
- yoga embodiment practices (asana)
- tantric breathwork
- inner-yogic visualizations.
- prasad
Sliding scale suggested donation $30-50/ 15mil-20mil per workshop

THURSDAY: OCTOBER 19TH, 2023 3-6pm
An exploration of action. Each workshop will include a teaching and practice of the official SHERO FEST sadhana (breathwork/meditation).
Wear or accessorize with yellow.
FRIDAY: OCTOBER 20TH, 2023 3-6pm
An exploration of dissolution. Each workshop will include a teaching and practice of the official SHERO FEST sadhana (breathwork/meditation).
Wear or accessorize with white/green.
SATURDAY: OCTOBER 21ST, 2023 3-6pm
An exploration or transcendence and pre-gaming for the final victory! Each workshop will include a teaching and practice of the official SHERO FEST sadhana (breathwork/meditation).
Wear or accessorize with grey/white/ rainbow.
AVES SERVES LUNCH!
Aves is currently donating 20% of proceeds from the lunches toward local nonprofits including one of JIVANA's favorites, Wild Sun Rescue Center.
