It's traditional to invoke Ganesa (Ganesha, Ganapati) before starting anything new. If SHERO FEST is new to you, perhaps listen to a Ganesa mantra before we begin our journey. Or perhaps invoke his consort, Vinayaki!
These are not prescriptive, just suggestions. The first video is like nice background music and because it is specific in name to Durga, it is a great one to play for all of SHERO FEST.
As explained in the SHERO FEST Sadhana guide, there are two ways that Navaratri, thus Shero Fest can be celebrated. And of course they can be intertwined. This format makes the attempt of this fusion. The tripartite method meeting the nightly method with some Jai MA at the end.
